Place 1x 250g tub Wattle Valley Mascarpone and 1/3 jar Passion-ate preserve in a mixing bowl
Beat for 20 seconds to combine
Place mixture in piping bag Snip bag, pipe into Passion-ate dessert tart shells and serve!

Champagne Bellini
Fill 1/3 Champagne glass with crushed ice
Place 1 tsp of Passion-ate preserve in glass
Top up with Champagne and serve!
